532nm Green Lasers

tuDream Lasers designs and manufactures cost effective ultra-compact Diode Pumped Solid State Low Noise Lasers, Our lasers feature with high reliability, high stability, high efficiency, low noise and excellent laser beam quality. These lasers are specificly designed for OEM, scientific and industrial use.
tuA diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) Low Noise Lasers has the beam quality of a gas laser and the small size and efficiency of a diode laser, with single-line output in the green (532nm). As part of this DPSS laser design, a standard semiconductor diode laser is used to optically pump a small chip of lasing material to generate a fundamental frequency. For green light, a frequency-doubling crystal is inserted into the laser cavity. Finally, extracavity beam conditioning optics are added to enlarge and collimate the beam.
tuDPSS 532nm Low Noise Lasers are available for a range of laboratory and industrial applications. Our DPSS (diode pumped solid state) lasers are widely used in application areas such as biotechnology, semiconductor instrumentation, inspection, material processing and reprographics.

tuAbstract (DPSS LD pumped inside stable multi-lognitudinal mode, low noise and higher output power Nd:YVO4-KTP laser) putting the similar thickness λ/2 Silica Crystal Waveplates (HWP) and λ/4 Silica Crystal Waveplates (QWP) in pumped cavity, let the angle between the two fast axis of two waveplates is 90 degree, then HWP, QWP and KTP can be regard as a multiple waveplates, the function is equal to a QWP. This multiple wavelength way together with each diversity of Nd:YVO4 effect and effectively control the couple of polarized mode, and getting more multi-lognitudinal, low noise green laser beam output, Because of the influence of the multiple waveplates each other which counteract the drift of phasic delay value that caused by the temperature sensitivity of the Silica Crystal Waveplates, the laser can be stablely operated at different output power and different operation temperature with low noise, accoridng to the result of the experiment, the green laser should be with 3pcs lognitudinalmode, 0.5% RMS noise and the output power stability is less than 1% over 12 hours.
